Job Details:
- Strong conceptual knowledge, analytical skill & Advanced level
- Troubleshooting skill with relevant hands-on experience on AVAYA S8300 Server or above version, Media Gateway (G450 & G650), Definity System, BCMS, NICE, IVR, OBD (outbound dialing).
- Candidate must have Trunk level troubleshooting skill.
- Knowledge & Experience in Incident Management process (ITIL framework).
- Preferably have relevant experience in incident management ticketing tool system (BMC Remedy, CODESK, eHelpline etc.)
- Excellent written & oral communication skill.
- Should be a very good TEAM PLAYER.
